• Refunds and Return Policy

    Our goal is to provide a good and quality products and services to our customers. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, things may not go as planned and for this please contact us and we will try to make things right for you

    1. We are willing to coordinate, chat or email us if you received a factory defective item.

    2. Please give us opportunity to resolve any problem

    3. We don’t accept returns that are damage because of the courier’s mishandling, but we could assist in resolving the issue.

    4. For replacement, the item should be in good condition before shipping it back to us.

    5. The buyer shall shoulder the shipment fee for returns/replacements (unless we are the one at fault (ex. wrong item received))

    6. Returns and refunds should be made within 7 days once you received the item  ..No change-of-mind refunds after seven days will be accepted

    7.Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and in-transit status a refund claim cannot be made.

    8.Refund request will only be approved once proven defective and we received the return item. For damaged item that has been proven manufacturing defect by our investigating team, we will provide applicable remedy in relation to your goods. However, if damaged was due to misused or failure to use in accordance to the manufacturers manual, our investigating team has the right to reject your claim and return back the goods to you, covering all the shipping cost incurred in returning the rejected item.

    9. Once the Administration Process has Begun on Your order , and the Dispatch of your Order has been Organised , a Administration / Re-Stocking Fee will Incur , on any Last Minute Change of Mind Cancellations

    10. Auz Sale’s generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.

    You are required to notify our Auz Sale’s Team,  within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.

    To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

    Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

    A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
